You can return a product within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return conditions:
- the product has not been used;
- its retail appearance is preserved;
- the original undamaged packaging is preserved.
After we receive and inspect the product, the refund will be issued to your bank account.
Please note: under distance-trading rules, products are not eligible for return if:
• the packaging has been opened on a product that, for hygiene and health reasons, cannot be returned.
