Return policy

Right of return

The product may be returned within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt. The product must not have been used or damaged. The returned product must be in its original, undamaged packaging.

Funds will be transferred to your account within 5 business days from the moment we receive the product. We refund the full amount, but you will have to cover the costs associated with returning the product. You need to send or hand over the product to our office at Rencēnu iela 10A, Rīga, LV-1073.

Attention! By using courier or postal services, you agree to the goods acceptance report on the visual condition and completeness of the product, drawn up unilaterally by SIA Miks Plus, since both parties were not present at the moment of acceptance to record the visual condition, defects, and completeness of the product. Any further claims about the condition of the product on your part will be considered unfounded.

In which cases can the right of return not be used?

Under Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 225 of 20.05.2014 "Distance Contract Regulations", clause 22, SIA Miks Plus reserves the right to refuse the buyer the right to withdraw from the product or to withhold appropriate compensation in the following cases:

• You have opened the packaging of a product that cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons. For example, an electric toothbrush, electric shaver, hair clipper, hair straightener, hair care and styling products, and other similar products.
• If, after delivery, due to the nature of the product, it becomes irreversibly mixed with other items.
• The product is mechanically and/or visually damaged, resulting in a decrease in its value.
